Born in Tarempa and spent his childhood in Kiabu, Rodhial, or Ridho as his friends and us like to call him, had to let go of his dream of becoming a fisherman and realized that his true calling was working in a field that could help communities.

He believes that the people of Anambas can improve their livelihood if they are able to utilize the region’s potential such as fishery and tourism in a sustainable manner. Furthermore, he believes that waste management is the one of the main solutions to improve the sustainability of the area.
