Rodhial, or Ridho as his friends and us like to call him, let go of his dream of becoming a fisherman and realised that his true calling was working in a field that could help communities. He believes that the people of Anambas can improve their livelihood if they are able to harness the region’s potential, such as fishing and tourism in a sustainable manner. Furthermore, he believes that waste management is the one of the main solutions to improve the area’s sustainability of the area.
